Closure/Ending

Its very un-nerving.......you can't stop thinking about it. As long as the mind relaxes, you will ponder on it, thinking about it.

How does one put a full stop at the end of a story? What must you do, what must you go through, what must you consider before you know how to write the last sentences in the final chapter? Is there a "preferable" ending? Or any one will do as long as it ties up with the story?
In our search of closure for any happenings or events in our lifes, what do we hope to achieve? Peace of mind? A proper "settlement"? An ending with no regrets?

The "perfect" closure really does not exist to me. At the end of a story, there are bound to be likes, dislikes and even critisisms. It WILL take time to accept the ending, whether you like it or not....

Hmmmmm.... hahahahha I'm just rambling and thinking out loud here....So for those who know me personally, dun start sending emails or panic on msn as to what happened!!! I think I'm getting old..... becoming uncle liow..... hehehehhehe :P

Meeting My "Auntie" For The 1st Time!!

It has been an interesting weekend for me. I got to meet my "auntie" whom I've only chatted online and sms-ed till 2 days ago. She was back in JB for the weekend and so we agreed to meet up.

It can be a little un-nerving to meet someone who knows so much about you (at least for the events in the past month) for the 1st time. I think my aunty should have felt the same but I'm so glad that this feeling only lasted for a teeny weeny while.

So I called her on Friday night, and was greeted with "Mushi mushi?" (I think I'm gonna remember this for the rest of my life!!!)

Then I was thinking to myself "OMG! She sounds like a kid!!!!" Yep, over the phone my auntie REALLY sounded like she was just 14 or 15 years old!!! Hahahahaha and I have to admit, that's cute! And later on I got to know from her that apparently she expected me to sound "older" as well!!! Eh...I'm NOT that old OK??

Appearance-wise, she's all that I expected from the photos I've seen. The face, figure, height and even the "defects"!!! (BTW I noticed the eyelids on Saturday!! Hahahaha) We went for a drink and actually I was suppose to make her have a "tear diarohhea" but I just couldn't do it, maybe because we just met, and also maybe we have not touched on THE topic and I couldn't bear to just talk about it out of the blue and make her sad.

Oh... and she got this for me!



She knows I collect Coca-Cola stuffs and this was from her Vietnam trip!

So ya.... auntie....NOW u have a spot on my much coveted coca-cola shelf!!!!


We were later joined by her sister, and this is another girl to be reckon with! Hahahaa very straightforward, no inhibitions and shoots whatever that comes to her mind. I commented that the sister actually looked better than the photos I've seen and my auntie "insisted" that I should say the same thing about her as well.... hahahaha. Sorry, I don't lie!!!!


We met again the next day and how long did we chat? hmmmm 4 hours??? hahahah i think the place that we went to must be thinking if all they had were customers like us, they would have to close down soon!! Actually if you think about it 4 hours is not a lot since we have to catch up with 28 yrs of her life and 32 years of mine!!!

Later that night she joined me and some of my friends at a local pub and she had the honour to be acquainted with one of my friends who had a little too much to drink. He was rambling on and on about philosophies of life and friends, etc etc!!!!! Hahahaha.....

My auntie's back in KL now. I will miss talking to her although we would still be able to msn and sms.

Take care my auntie. Whenever I think about what you will be facing and the stress that you will be under, it really worries me. The reason I did not ask you about a lot of these things when me met was because I didn't want to make you unhappy coz if you really cry in front of me, I would know what to do!!!! And I really hope that everything will turn out all right for you!!! Anyway, you will know what to do when things don't go well rite?

Idiotic Drivers!!!

Idiotic drivers are:

1. those who drive on the right lane at extreme slow speeds, causing a massive jam behind them as the left lanes are filled with heavy vehicles.
2. those from point 1 and who thinks its their grandfathers road, so as long as they are not breaking the law, they don't need to care about the other road users.
3. those from 1, 2 and despite hoking and "flashing" with headlights, insists on going at snail's pace on "their grandfather's" road, and refusing to move to the left lane.
4. those from 1,2,3 and still holding a "P" driving license! Go learn proper road ettiquette before pissing off a massive number of people behind you!
5. and this is the MOST idiotic of all. Those from 1,2,3,4 and has no idea they are actually doing these things when they drive!!!! They are the true blue IDIOTS!

With the number of vehicles on the road increasing at such alarming rate, and Malaysian roads being so small and lousy, PLEASE be a smart driver before you even think of being a DENFENSIVE, CAREFUL, GOOD or whatever name u can come out with to describe your pathetic driving skills!!!!!!

Update Post

Apparently someone asked me why I did not put up the pics for the "little mess" of my room that I mentioned in the previous entry. Hehehehe ok... here it is.... but its not a mess as I arranged it nicely so that I could take pictures of it!!

Ok... this is the little Marlboro collectibles that I have. Most of it is from the Grand Prix collection, although there are some other miscellaneous stuffs. I don't know if you people can see the lighters which i deliberately took out from the boxes, but thats actually what I'm interested in. The others are Marlboro Zippo lighters, and a big box of Marlboro limited packs.

Actually there are other collectibles ranging from Chinese New Year to other special occasions.









And since I was photographing the stuff I collect, might as well show u guys this. (let me show off a bit la)

This is one of my most treasured presents. Ya... its the old-fashioned paper cranes. Hmmm.. all one thousand of it. (Yes trust me, I COUNTED them actually!) I'm a sucker for hand made stuff, and since by birthday is coming..... u guys at least have an rough idea of what to get or make me!!! And don't make anymore paper cranes k? Wake up your sleeping minds!!! Hahahaha.....








This would be the lastest thing I have. I think for those of you who frequent pubs and nightspots, this shouldn't be a surprise. These are from Heineken, and its suppose to be bottle errrr.... what do they call it....Anyway these "baju"s are suppose to slip over the bottles..... and make them look nice, I suppose.

Well, that's the complete set.... 4 of them. And I seriously hope that they are not coming out with more of these!!!! Hahahaha.....










So these, and along with many other miscellaneous stuffs are suppose to be on the shelves which my friend is suppose to make for me. I still have plenty of lighters, ornaments and god-knows-what which i will need nice shelves to display on!!
