Final Fantasy VII Advent Children Complete

Just finished watching this. For those uninitiated, this is the COMPLETE version that comes with the Blu Ray release. This has additional scenes which are not found on the DVD release.

ff7_sm

VERY VERY GOOD!!!!!!!

The additional scenes not only lengthens the movie but it also provides more details and depth to the storyline – like how Cloud found Denzel and many more. I would say that this version would allow people who are not familiar with the FF7 story to have a better grasp of the movie.

One tip – watch all of it including the end credit part. Like the FF games there is a short – very short continuation of the story right at the end. I don’t know if this was on the DVD release. I’ll go through the DVD release again.

If you are a die hard FF7 fan, DO NOT miss this!!! Thumbs up to Square Enix!!!!

Waterless & Splashless Urinals

What else can you expect from a urinal? From its design I think we can know it WILL be splashless.... but WATERLESS???? WTF????

Ah..... for US400 - 500 each, there must be something which makes them special, no? :)

The reason it is waterless is something like the concept of our toilets, where you have the water in the toilet bowl, blocking the disgusting smell from coming out from the septic tank.

In this case, they developed a gel like liquid that's less dense than water or rather our urine. So when we urinate into the urinals, it flows below this less-dense layer and stays there. This layer effectively blocks out the smell as well.

In the end, you get to save tons of water by using this urinal..... that is if you are willing to fork out its price!!!! :P

Top 5 Useful Items You Never Knew You Could Print Out

So you thought everything's in electronic form and everything can be done online? :P What else do you print other than photos and emails?

Check out the link below. It shows you some stuff that you can print out which is actually useful.

Top 5 Useful Items You Never Knew You Could Print Out

(BTW, I'm printing quite a bit of the Sudoku puzzles from one of the sites for myself and some of my friends :P)

My New Webcam!!

Since I was at KL the past week, I had to visit Plaza Low Yat to see if there's anything I could buy!!! :D And indeed I came across quite a good buy for something I've always wanted. Its a webcam!!!

I was debating between this and the new Microsoft webcam model V-1000. The Microsoft has only 0.3 megapixel (640x480) while this can go up to 0.48 megapixel (800x600). But the Microsoft model had built in mic if I remembered correctly, while this had free headset and mic.

Pricing was also different as the Microsoft was RM99 while this V-Gear was on sale for RM59!! The other webcam on sale was a Creative... can't remember the model, but also 0.3 megapixel but no built in mic or free headphones. Price was RM49 and it had a 2 year warranty. Could only compare the video quality between the Creative and V-Gear and both are about the same. So I chose the V-Gear as it had the free earphone and mic and it looks cooler!!! :P

Collagr.com

You guys need to check out this site. Especially if you use Flickr for most of your photo storage.

This site basically converts all the photos you have in Flickr which are listed as public into a collage of wallpaper so that you can use it anywhere.

They do not embed any codes, so you have to use the right click "save as" method to download and subsequently upload the collage. But its cool, and according to the site, more features will come soon.

iPhone Review (One of the Best)

Well the iPhone has been out in the US for like almost a week (5 days to be exact, I think). And most probably you guys have had more than enough of your share of reviews and stuffs. But I have to tell ya.... this is one of the best reviews I've ever read online.

Granted you will expect nothing less from Anandtech reviews which over the years have gained massive confidence and popularity. At any rate, since Apple is not going to launch the iPhone in Asia until sometime in 2008, all we can do now is to drool at this technological marvel here!!!!

SeeqPod - For Music Lovers!!!

I believe most of you out there are very much like me. When you are online, chances are you will be doing a little downloading of "stuffs", be it movies, songs or just pictures.

Well for the music lovers out there, seeqpod is really one heck of a search engine for music. Rather, its a music search and discovery website. Most people would be familiar with imeem and esnips right? This is a somewhat similar, as the search results can be compiled into a playlist and even be embeded in a webpage or blog. However, whats different is that seeqpod actually searches throughout the web and blogs, instead of just songs uploaded and available from its site. Consequently, it does not bother with the "legitimacy" of the songs that it finds.

The other feature, the discovery feature is something found in most of these music hosting/searching sites. It takes the artist name, album name or genre and compiles a list of other songs that you may be interested in.

Go check it out! For those familiar with Chinese songs, SeeqPod is much like Baidu, only so much better in terms of interface and functionality.

Vista Live Messenger 8.1 (Skin)

Ok... this goes PERFECTLY with the Vista Transformation Pack that I mentioned before. Its actually a skin for your windows live messenger. Dont't get me wrong, it will work without the transformation pack as well. I'm using it myself and its AWESOME!!!!

The icons are revamped, even the default emoticons are different. The black color just ties in so well with the rest of my black desktop theme, black Firefox theme.......

You can get this skin here.

My FireFox - Black Reloaded

Finally I've customized my Firefox 2 to the point that I'm extremely satisfied. Note: NOT totally satisfied, but this is as close as its gonna get!!

Take a look at it and maybe you can give me some comments. The theme is generally black /grey to match my Windows XP theme.

Yes, the menu bar as well as the bookmarks toolbar is gone. Everything is accessible via the row of buttons I have.

BTW, that is the Google Desktop Sidebar. The RSS reader and Google Calender widgets are two of the most important items that I can't live without!!

This is one of the reasons I love Firefox. You will not be able to customize IE till this extent, with everything in black and with a minimalist approach.

Top Ten Sex Records

I did not compile this list personally, and I think neither did the author for the page!!! :) No offense there, but this list is SUPPOSEDLY correct but I would take it with a pinch of salt if I were you. I would not be responsible should any of you come to any harm while attempting to break any of the records here!!!! ;)

Here's the list:

1) The most ejaculatory orgasms ever recorded in 1 hour for a man is 16.

2) The farthest a woman has been recorded to ejaculate is about 9'29" (3 m).

3) The greatest distance attained for a jet of semen that has ever been recorded is 18'9" (5.71 m) which was achieved with a "substantial" amount of seminal fluid by Horst Schultz.

4) The average speed of a man's ejaculation is 28 miles (45.05 km) per hour. The average speed of a city bus is 25 miles (40.22 km) per hour.

5) Having swallowed the most amount of semen ever officially recorded Michelle Monaghan had 1.7 pints (0.96 liter) of semen pumped out of her stomach in Los Angeles in July 1991.

6) The female gangbang world record is owned by a woman named Houston who had intercourse with 620 men in one day! A video was made of this historic event. As it took about 10 hours (with a few very brief breaks) to do it, the average time of intercourse was less than 58 seconds.

7) Women hold the record for having the most orgasms. The biggest amount of orgasms enjoyed by a woman in 1 hour ever recorded is a pussy shattering 134!

8) The male gangbang world record goes to porn actor Jon Dough who worked himself over 55 women in one day. He had 5 to 6 ejaculations. Actually, he was supposed to have had intercourse with at least 101 women, but he did the other 46 two weeks later.

9) The record of the man who has had intercourse the most frequently goes to a man who was recorded to have had intercourse about 52,000 times over a period of 30 years. This means he had intercourse on average 33.3 times a week!

10) Youngest Father - Sean Stewart, of Sharnbrook, England, became the father of a healthy 6 lb. baby boy on January 20, 1998, at age 12

Blue Monday....

Yet another boring Monday, 1st day of the working week when my "engines" have not warmed up yet. Nothing much on TV and so I was surfing around the net. Got some interesting stuff to share!!!

This is actually a set of furniture. Doesn't look like it? Well it actually "opens" up to this:

Hahahaha... this is LIKE!!!!! However I SERIOUSLY doubt I'll ever get it, coz its priced at abt US9000. Hahahahaha yep...... What did expect for an art piece cum furniture???

Ok then I was at the NASA website, admiring the wonders of space and stuffs. Then I came across this photo taken by the famous Hubble Space Telescope.

Apparently this was a very popular picture circulating the internet about a year ago. Sheesh... how come I didn't know about this??? Its popularly known as the "Eye of God".

It is a real picture taken by the telescope although I think they did a little colour enhancing to show the different kinds of gasses. Its actually called the Helix Nebula and its about 650 light years away from Earth. So even with the Enterprise from Star Trek, its gonna take like 65 yrs on warp 10 to reach it. LOL! (BTW warp 1 is 1x the speed of light right? I think my Star Trek knowledge is a little rusty!!)

Well, that's about all the interesting stuff for one night, unless you are interested in PSPs and console games.

CSS and cute Japanese Food

Recent became interested in messing around with a little CSS so that I can "customize" my page at multiply. I realised how rusty and backdated I was. I had a little HTML and Java background so things were not too difficult to understand. But how things have changed!!! My HTML was stuck at 2.0 and now its already 4+ or was it 5.0?

So if u people ever view my page and found it in a very messy state, i.e. things out of allignment, pictures not showing up, etc etc... it just means I happen to be online, and in the process of messing around!!!

Accidentally stumbled on this Japanese website. It features food cooked and decorated to "cute-ness" and also the various stuff and gadgets they have to make cute food. If you can read Japanese or would like to see more cute foods other than those below, here's the link : http://www.e-obento.com
