Quit Smoking - Day 15

Wow!!!! How time flies!!! Its been just slightly more than 2 weeks since I started to quit.

BTW, have to go on cold turkey for how long only then can be considered as quit successfully har? Hahahahaha!!!!! I think I have to go check that out!

Well I'm happy to report that the cravings are virtually not there anymore. The one and only time I still get an urge to smoke is after my dinner!!!! Hahahha not after breakfast or lunch, but usually after dinner! Nothing a sweet and a cup of coffee can't fix though..

The only drawback of going cold turkey is that I have noticed that I can't seem to sleep properly. I do get tired and sleepy. I want to sleep. But each sleep session usually won't last longer than 2 hours. After that I will be quite awake and will need to spend at least another hour or two before feeling sleepy enough for me to continue my sleep. Its been this way for most of the days. Luckily I still can take it, thanks to my training during the clubbing days!!!! LOL!!

Oh well... we'll just have to see how things go from here. I'm supremely confident that I'll kick the habbit though!!!

Quote From Grey's Anatomy

Hahahaha I was watching a re-run of Grey's Anatomy over the TV and this conversation struck me:

"Cristina, I could promise to hold you, and to cherish you. I could promise to be there, in sickness and in health. I could say till death do us part. But I won't. Those vows are for optimistic couples, the ones full of hope. I do not stand here on my wedding day optimistic or full of hope. I am not optimistic. I am not hopeful. I am sure. I am steady. I'm a heart man. Take 'em apart, put 'em back together, hold them in my hands. I am a heart man. So this, I am sure. You are my partner. My lover. My very best friend. My heart. My heart beats for you. And on this day, the day of our wedding, I promise you this. I promise you to lay my heart in the palm of your hands, I promise you... me."

Granted I has to do a search on the internet to be able to get this whole quote. But sweet right? So practical and pragmatic, but sweet!!!!

So my dear BB, I promise you.... me also k? :)

Top Ten Sex Records

I did not compile this list personally, and I think neither did the author for the page!!! :) No offense there, but this list is SUPPOSEDLY correct but I would take it with a pinch of salt if I were you. I would not be responsible should any of you come to any harm while attempting to break any of the records here!!!! ;)

Here's the list:

1) The most ejaculatory orgasms ever recorded in 1 hour for a man is 16.

2) The farthest a woman has been recorded to ejaculate is about 9'29" (3 m).

3) The greatest distance attained for a jet of semen that has ever been recorded is 18'9" (5.71 m) which was achieved with a "substantial" amount of seminal fluid by Horst Schultz.

4) The average speed of a man's ejaculation is 28 miles (45.05 km) per hour. The average speed of a city bus is 25 miles (40.22 km) per hour.

5) Having swallowed the most amount of semen ever officially recorded Michelle Monaghan had 1.7 pints (0.96 liter) of semen pumped out of her stomach in Los Angeles in July 1991.

6) The female gangbang world record is owned by a woman named Houston who had intercourse with 620 men in one day! A video was made of this historic event. As it took about 10 hours (with a few very brief breaks) to do it, the average time of intercourse was less than 58 seconds.

7) Women hold the record for having the most orgasms. The biggest amount of orgasms enjoyed by a woman in 1 hour ever recorded is a pussy shattering 134!

8) The male gangbang world record goes to porn actor Jon Dough who worked himself over 55 women in one day. He had 5 to 6 ejaculations. Actually, he was supposed to have had intercourse with at least 101 women, but he did the other 46 two weeks later.

9) The record of the man who has had intercourse the most frequently goes to a man who was recorded to have had intercourse about 52,000 times over a period of 30 years. This means he had intercourse on average 33.3 times a week!

10) Youngest Father - Sean Stewart, of Sharnbrook, England, became the father of a healthy 6 lb. baby boy on January 20, 1998, at age 12

Quit Smoking - Day 9 with other stuffs

Today's the 9th day... hooray.... hmmm time flies!!!! LOL!!!

Hahahhaha saw my RM19 ashtray which I bought from JJ Tebrau City for like less than 2 months ago. Decided since there wasn't gonna be much chance that its going to be used again, I went to wash the thing up.

Ya.... its the kind the after you tap the ask on the surface, you can just push the top down so that the ash "drops" in to the bottom of the ashtray. I like this because it helps prevents the ash from flying around, and it also keeps the smell from "poluting" my room.

Then I was cleaning up my Coke shelf too. So I decided to showcase these 3 bottles I have. They may look ordinary but they are in fact special because of their size!! The smaller one is 500ml and the 2 larger ones are 1 litre. Also they are GLASS bottles!!! yep, not the plastic bottles that we have over here.

OK the picture with 2 bottles is from Phillipines and the single bottle is from Thailand. And gosh they reminded me how heavy they were!!! LOL!!

Then there's also these 4 empty bottles that were released by the Coca Cola company with the caps on. They are to commemorate the 4 finalist of the 1994 World Cup. France, Italy, Germany and Brazil. If I remembered correctly, the actual finals was between France and Brazil. And France won the World Cup that year. Right!???!!??

For more pictures of my humble Coca-Cola collection, you can see it here.

Quit Smoking - Day 8

Hahaha let me get the dates right 1st. The 8th day of me quiting the smokes is 24/6, however, 25/6 is a special day. Happy Anniversary BB!!!!

Actually got a few things to blog about, so let's start with the quiting part. Hmmmm had the urge to smoke twice today. Once was after lunch and the other was after my supper. But I also noticed that my dependency on my Hacks sweet whenever I have the craving is also decreasing. Used to need about 3 or 4 sweets in a row to ease one urge, but nowadays I could do it with just one sweet!!! Hehehehe that's good news rite???

Hmmmm and someone said that Gemini are generally liers so people need to be careful when dealing with Geminis. LOL!!!! The reason I find this super amusing is :

  1. I AM a GEMINI but I DETEST lying and very very seldom lie
  2. the SOMEONE that made this statement IS the BIGGEST LIER & CHEATER I've ever known!!! (He's the Mothaf'ker whom I wrote about in one of my earlier blogs..... ya the one who sticks his dick in the wrong place!!! )
Sigh!!!! I think other than stooping low and sending despicable smses, and WHILE sticking his dick in places where apparently he calls a BITCH NOW, some so called lousy photographer don't really know what else to do. Now I'm worried for the good friends around him. Friends who had wondered if they had done the right thing, friends whom up till now still care for him despite knowing what the Mothafcker he is. (shit! I think this is as detailed I'm willing to go - short of naming him!!!! ). Go get a life!!!! Get another camera!!!! Get another of your so called BITCHES to stick your dick into!!!! Just don't hurt ANY of your friends AGAIN!!!!

Hehehehe ya.... I'm SO pissed whenever it comes to this. Hehehehe don't worry BB, I know after reading this blog entry you're gonna be worried if I'm gonna be affected by what happened. But seriously, after letting everything out, I feel so much better. And you know me. I don't carry overnight grudges..

Quit Smoking - Day 7

Can't sleep so I'll update a little about my 7th day of quiting the smokes...

Slept very late yesterday.... 7am to be exact...Hahahaha but the weird thing was there was no craving for the smokes in the morning, or even throughout the day.

However the urge came later at night. I think it was around 9pm that I had the sudden urge to smoke. And honestly if there had been somehow some cigarettes lying around at that time, I wouldn't have been able to resist the temptation!!!!

Oh just as well. I miss my BB...... she's busy with her work over this weekend and this is the first weekend that I have not been able to meet up with her. Although this has been foreseen by the both of us, I think its proving harder than we originally thought that it would be!!!! Yes we just got together and yes... we ARE crazily in LOVE with each other!!!!! Hahahahaha

Quit Smoking - Day 6

Did not blog in yesterday on Day 5 of my quest to quit smoking!!! Hahahaha partly also because there wasn't any big deal to write about anyway!!!

Ok... still had a little urge to smoke when I first woke up this morning. So little that it was almost negligible.....Generally the day passed in a very unevenful manner. There wasn't any particular incident which made me felt like smoking at all. Oh wait.... ya... there was one time in the afternoon while I was surfing the web that I actually wanted to look for a cigarette to light up!! Hahaha more of a habbit as before I quit, I think I smoked the most in front of my PC!!

On the side note, my mom's very glad when she found out that I'm quiting my filthy habbit that she's making fruit juice and buying all sorts of snacks for me to munch on so that I may be able to quit successfully. All the more I believe that I'm gonna gain a few kgs in the event that I'm successful quiting the smokes!!!

Let's see.... today I have Oreos, Water Crackers, the Indian Muruku, and those mini Toblerones!!!! Kekekekkeke If I can finish all these in one night..... can someone please count the calories there are??? LOL!!!!

BB prepare my BIG present on Wednesday har..... kakakakka....That's the 11th day liow.... :)

Quit Smoking - Day 4

Hmmm day 4 wasn't as bad as day 3... REALLY... the urges don't occur that often, the "tightness" of the chest area only happens late at night and I don't feel that moody!!!! :)

I almost didn't have the craving to smoke when I woke up early in the morning.... around 8am. :) This has been my daily habit for the last 4 or 5 years. The moment I woke up, I would reach for the cigarettes and light up! I would even keep a last stick from the night before just so that I would have my puff the first thing in the morning!!!

After brushing up and having breakfast only did I think about smoking. And I guess that would constitute the bulk of the urge to smoke for the day. Everytime that I had a meal or a snack, I would inevitable feel a little like lighting up... It really helps that I have not bought any cigarettes since day 1 as I realised that smoking is also a habit to me as well as an addiction. So as long as I can control my urge to buy the cigarettes, I CAN control the nicotine urge.

Just like day 3, I have been eating quite a lot. Supposedly smoking causes "fats" to be burned, and thats why smokers don't feel hungry easily. But at the rate that I'm eating, I should be gaining a few kilos by the end of the month!! (this would definitely please my girlfriend, who's complaining that I'm way to skinny and she can play music by "strumming" my ribs!!!! LOL!!!)

This is how I look now..... I'm gonna post another pic of me... say in a month's time and we'll see if I have indeed gained weight!!!

My only complaint up till now - I can't seem to sleep "properly" anymore. Maybe its also due to the instant coffee that I'm drinking. Nicotine is twice more effective in "preventing" the effects of caffeine than in a normal person. I find it quite difficult to fall asleep and I wake up very easily throughout the night. And with nicotine theoretically gone from my system after 72 hours, maybe I am feeling the effects of caffeine in a more pronounced manner!!!! I think other than quiting the smokes, I'll have to cut down my coffee consumption as well. Talk about leading a healthy life!!!!! Sigh!!!!

Well I was brushing up for the night and I saw this toothbrush. It doesn't belong to me :) Damn!!!! I miss its owner!!!!! Yes, it belongs to my girl and she accidentally left it at my place after her visit last weekend. - I MISS you BB!!!!

I'm gonna surf around, read a little news off my news reader and then hit the sack. We'll see how Day 5 goes. :)

Women - a Mathematical Conclusion ??!!??!!! :)

Ok.... now that's a way to derive problems from a woman!!! LOL!!!

No Sex Tonight

This is a rip from then Net. Its been circulated and posted so many times that I duuno who the original author is anymore. Kekekeke but nevertheless enjoy!!!

I never quite figured out why the sexual urge of men and women differ so much. And I never have figured out the whole Venus and Mars thing. I have never figured out why men think with their head and women with their heart. FOR EXAMPLE: One evening last week, my girlfriend and I were getting into bed. Well, the passion starts to heat up, and she eventually says "I don't feel like it, I just want you to hold me." I said "WHAT??!! What was that?!" So she says the words that every boyfriend on the planet dreads to hear... "You're just not in touch with my emotional needs as a woman enough for me to satisfy your physical needs as a man." She responded to my puzzled look by saying, "Can't you just love me for who I am and not what I do for you in the bedroom?" Realizing that nothing was going to happen that night, I went to sleep. The very next day I opted to take the day off of work to spend time with her. We went out to a nice lunch and then went shopping at a big, big unnamed department store. I walked around with her while she tried on several different very expensive outfits. She couldn't decide which one to take so I told her we'd just buy them all. She wanted new shoes to compliment her new clothes, so I said lets get a pair for each outfit. We went onto the jewelry department where she picked out a pair of diamond earrings. Let me tell you...she was so excited. She must have thought I was one wave short of a shipwreck. I started to think she was testing me because she asked for a tennis bracelet when she doesn't even know how to play tennis. I think I threw her for a loop when I said, "That's fine, honey." She was almost nearing sexual satisfaction from all of the excitement. Smiling with excited anticipation she finally said, "I think this is all dear, let's go to the cashier." I could hardly contain myself when I blurted out, "No honey, I don't feel like it." Her face just went completely blank as her jaw dropped with a baffled WHAT?" I then said "honey! I just want you to HOLD this stuff for a while. You're just not in touch with my financial needs as a man enough for me to satisfy your shopping needs as a woman." And just when she had this look like she was going to kill me, I added, "Why can't you just love me for who I am and not for the things I buy you?" Apparently I'm not having sex tonight either.

Kekekkee....

Quit Smoking - Day 1

Is it that I have nothing better to do? Hahahaha nope.... its a promise I made to my dear that I'll quit smoking after this year's birthday.

Well, I'm a Marlboro Lights person and I average about 20 sticks a day, maybe 30 or more if I'm out clubbing or drinking with friends at night.

So officially my last stick of cigarette was on 17th June 2007 about 2pm. (Note: that was also the 1st stick of cigarette I had for the day.)

For now the worst part is actually not smoking while driving and after meals. We'll see how tomorrow goes..

My Golden is in HEAT!!!!

Sharks.... Just as I was considering wheter to get her spayed (that's the female version for "castrate" or neuter"), she has her "heat" cycle on...

For those who are not accustomed to having large female dogs in the house, the "heat" cycle can be a daunting time. Although its happens only like twice a year, the discharge can actually soil the bedsheets, carpets and rugs. Not to mention that sometimes the discharge smell BAD!!!! kakakaka....

Here's a write up on the female "heat" cycle which I found on the net. Maybe it will be useful to some fellow dog owners as well!!!

"Once a female dog reaches puberty it begins its regular cycles of Estrus or heat which allow the dog to release eggs and reproduce. Most females have 2 cycles per year. Signs that your dog is in heat include include vaginal discharge which is clear, bleeding and swelling of the vulva. There is increased restlessness and there may be increased urination. You also may notice stray dogs hanging around your house, though the female will not accept mating at this point. This early period of heat called Proestrus, lasts between 4 -15 days depending on the size and breed of the dog along with other factors. The next stage in the estrous cycle is the actual Estrus/heat where the dog will accept a mate and can get pregnant. Unless you are a professional dog breeder you should spay the dog before before her first heat. Some vets will spay a dog during its first heat. This Estrus lasts between 4 - 8 days and signs include the discharge stopping, ovulation (the eggs are released) and pregnancy is possible. If the dog becomes pregnant the gestation time is 58-63 days. There are no visible signs until the last 3 weeks of pregnancy when the teats will enlarge, the belly will swell and finally the birth will occur. The 3rd stage of the cycle is called Diestrus and lasts 6 - 10 weeks. Many hormonal changes take place and the uterine walls thicken. Dogs that haven't become pregnant go through 'false pregnancy' where their mammary glands may enlarge and produce milk. They may mother toys, moan or whine, prefer extra attention or extra solitude and will show no interest in mating. The last stage in the cycle is Anestrus and will last for 15 weeks. There won't be any hormonal activity, milk production, or interest in mating. If the dog had become pregnant the birth would have already occurred and the mother will be lactating and engaging in typical mothering behaviour until she is ready to wean her puppies."

My Golden's has been on "heat" before, but this is the first time that there's actually SMELL from the discharge....... and considering she sleeps on the same bed as me, this can be quite a hassle!!!!

The consoling thing is that she WILL lick the area clean whenever there's a discharge.... but the smell is like.. aaarrrggghhhh....hahahhaa....

Putting Things Into Perspective!

I guess that that shows how "small" we really are in the universe!!!!

Transformer Shoes!!!!!

Got this in my email the other day! Hahahaha kinda reminded me my childhood days when we would play with the transformer toys.

These are actually toys from a shop. If u look carefully at the shoes, you will be able to see that its not a "wearable" shoes.

They are just toys for display only.

Tango: Is The One You're Dating "The One?" -- Yahoo! Personals

Tango: Is The One You're Dating "The One?" -- Yahoo! Personals

Actually I came across this page quite a while back, but I liked the article so much that I bookmarked it in my browser. :) Its a very nice article on commitment and marriage.

I think most of us would think that the one we are dating now SHOULD be "The One" otherwise why are we wasting time? Maybe that's not the case for most of the youngsters / teenagers out there now. I think most people nowadays are just dating for the fun of it, to have someone who will care about you, someone who can make you happy and to keep you occupied when you are feeling bored.

So what's your definition of "The One"? Or do most people just do not think about his/her partner being "The One" anymore?

Fixing a Leak in the Roof and other stuffs!!!

Finally managed to get some guys over to fix a blardee leak in my house!

The leak is actually quite bad, as in when it rains heavily, the whole area will be dripping with rain water!!!! Hahahaha... I think apart from me and my mom, only my dear has seen the "leaking" in action!!!!

The guys are actually doing the fixing now.... Not as bad as I imagined though. Just needed to replace some roof tiles and ceiling boards. Hopefully that's gonna fix the problem for good, coz i know leakages are dem difficult to fix and you won't know if they did their job correctly until it rains again!!!!

Hmmmm... can't wait for Transformers and Harry Potter to start showing. Watched Pirates 3 two weeks ago with dear but we both agreed its not as good as the 2nd installment.
